30 Day Money Back Guarantee
A customer may within 30 days of purchase, return a Phoenix system if
the system fails to meet expectation.
The customer must contact Cadretek for a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
The customer must return the system with all materials (manual, cables, power supply, etc.) originally included to operate Phoenix in the original shipping container.
The customer pays for the shipping to Cadretek.
Upon receipt of system, Cadretek will test it to determine if there is any damage. If no damage is present, Cadretek will refund the original purchase price (not including shipping charges) using the same method as the payment.
If the returned system is damaged, Cadretek may deny the refund of the purchase price if the damage was caused by abuse or misuse. In this case a repair charge may be accessed. The charge amount will be determined on a case by case basis.
Phones are not included in the 30 day money back guarantee program.
Upgrade Program
A customer may upgrade a Phoenix system by paying the current retail price difference (by credit card) between the systems and returning the old system and flash card when the replacement arrives.
Customer specifies UPS shipping method and pays shipping both ways.
Cadretek at its option will provide a new or factory refurbished system and flash card as the replacement system.
The warranty period on the replacement system begins with receipt of the replacement system.
General Return Policy
The customer must contact Cadretek for a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
In Cadretek warranty: A new or factory remanufactured equivalent to the failed part will be shipped prepaid by Cadretek to the customer.
The replacement unit cost will be billed to the customer (by credit card) if the returned unit has not been shipped within seven days. Cadretek pays for the return shipping.
Cadretek Gold Extended Warranty Program
The Gold Extended Warranty Program offers a customer the security of having a replacement system already loaded with their configuration backup shipped via UPS overnight (RED) to their location. The entire system is swapped out as a unit – which takes a minute or two. Phones are not included in this program since they not manufactured by Cadretek.
When enrolled in the Gold Extended Warranty Program, a customer provides to Cadretek a backup file of their system as often as they wish using email. This file will be stored on encrypted archived servers for use if needed.
All software updates are free during participation in the program.
Open enrollment for the Gold Extended Warranty Program is for the first 30 days after purchase.
The duration of the program is for 1 year and may be optionally renewed yearly for a 1 year extension.
Either Cadretek or the customer may terminate this program. If Cadretek terminates the program, a pro-rated refund of the program fee will be returned to the customer. If the customer terminates the program, no fee is returned.
The annual fee for the Gold Extended Warranty Program is 10% of the system list price.
